Role Overview:

As a Systems Security Administrator, you will lead our efforts to secure and maintain the integrity of our enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions that protect our enterprise environment. Leveraging your understanding of system administration and security principles, along with your hands-on experience with modern security technologies will enable you to assess vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Building out our Azure environment by configuring various Azure technologies and services.
Security Monitoring and Threat Response: Continuously monitor our systems for potential security breaches, respond to incidents, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
Policy Development and Enforcement: Review, and enforce security policies, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
Compliance Management: Ensure all systems adhere to security requirements, policies, and regulations, maintaining up-to-date security documentation.
Technology Integration: Lead the integration of new security technologies and processes into our existing infrastructure, optimizing our defense mechanisms.
Client Support: Occasionally provide expert-level support to clients, ensuring their security concerns are addressed efficiently.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in systems administration, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Expertise in monitoring tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
Familiarity with cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection in hybrid-cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to maintaining security documentation and procedures.

A competitive salary with an average compensation: $6500 per month base pay + incentive performance. Target average $7333.00
