The Business Model Canvas is an entrepreneurial tool that allows you to take the business ideas in your head and clarify the details. Everyday we come into contact with many business models. The Business Model Canvas helps you to identify which one is right for your new business and explain it to others.
The Canvas helps develop the foundations of your business plan by describing, designing, changing, inventing, and pivoting the business model. The flexibility of the Business Model Canvas allows you to see how all of the necessary building blocks of your business fit together.
